Overview

Healthcare was always an interest of mine. One of my first jobs was working as a receptionist for Dr. Lester Judd, MD. Dr. Judd was the original founder of Cold Hollow Family Practice, when he passed on his practice to Dr. Ralph Rosenberg, who passed on his practice to Dr. Babb in 1994. (One could say Anne Bates is the original member of staff at this practice.)

I enjoy getting to know the patients. Most patients are very appreciative of the work I do, which provides a lot of gratification for me. I can look forward to scheduling appointments with specialists or diagnostic testing, and sometimes patients just need a sympathetic ear.

We hope patients feel they have received top notch care from the time they arrive at the check-in window until they depart from the check-out window. If anyone feels like any part of the visit was not quite right, please feel free to tell anyone on staff, and we will make it better. We want everyone to feel like we care, because we do.

I have worked at this practice since 2003 and have witnessed our providers working in emergency situations. I have seen our staff go the extra mile to care for patients who need “a little extra.” We are a private practice that works as a team and can make everything right for our clients.
